I'm reading about how the Christmas Story "fa-ra-ra-ra-ra" scene is racist. I ask, how is is racist to enjoy the sentiment behind someone struggling slightly with a foreign language?

The person watching it would have to be the racist. Wouldn't they? They'd have to think the scene was disproportionately funny to the rest of the movie. That's the only racist component I can see to the whole thing.
